Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Hotel Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet visitors, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate information to callers or visitors regarding company services and products
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience using QuickBooks is preferred
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents
- Familiarity with file management systems and office equipment
- Knowledge of dental office or medical receptionist procedures is beneficial
- Excellent customer support skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively
- Proficient in phone etiquette and professional communication
